In effect, we turn your single phone line into a mini switchboard, enabling us to handle several calls at once. We complement your existing reception staff and will also cover lunchtimes, sick leave, training sessions and even half-days.
Any messages that your patients leave withFAQs our staff are transferred to you immediately for your staff to follow up. In addition, we offer continual support and you will also receive regular statistics detailing the number of calls we handle for
your practice.

We provide all the expertise needed to connect you to the Dental Reception service; all you need is a touch-tone phone system. Call Diversion is easy to set up and we will take you through the procedures. We will also brief your staff about activating the system and accessing messages.
